What we do with your details.
When you contact us, you give us a few details about yourself. This page explains what we do with them, in plain words. No small print.
Who we are
District Royal gives property advice in Dubai. This page is about the details you give us when you contact us or use this website. If anything here is unclear, email contact@districtroyal.com and we will explain it.
What we ask for
Only what we need to reply to you properly:
- What you type in the form: your name and email, and if you want to share them, your phone number, what you need help with, your budget, and your message.
- Messages you send us: anything you send by WhatsApp or email, and our replies to you.
- Basic visit numbers: how many people visit each page. This does not use cookies and does not identify you.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we never buy information about you from anyone else.
Why we need it
We use your details to reply to you and to give you the advice you asked for. That is all. When you tick the box on the form, you are agreeing to us contacting you about your question. You can tell us to stop at any time.
We do not sell your details
We never sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list. You will hear from us about your question — not with adverts.
Who else sees them
Two companies handle your details for us. They work under contract and can only do what we tell them:
- Resend: sends your message to our team as an email so we can reply.
- Vercel: runs this website and counts the page visits mentioned above.
If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, that company also sees your message — Meta for WhatsApp, and whoever provides your email.
How long we keep them
We keep your message and our replies for as long as we need them to help you and to remember what advice we gave. After that we delete them. If we speak once and nothing comes of it, we do not hold on to your details.
Where they are kept
Some of the companies above keep data on computers outside the UAE. When that happens, we only use companies that protect it properly.
What you can ask us to do
Under UAE law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask us to:
- show you what we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it, or stop contacting you;
- stop using it in a particular way.

If this page changes
We update this page when the way we work changes. The date below always tells you which version you are reading, and we will make any important change clear here.
